Could you tell me the type of your CPU?

Could you tell me the type of your CPU? We have met such a vista crash case. On a vista machine with a multiprocessor CPU, if the DEP(Data Execution Prevention) option is opened, soffice will crash when starting. If we close DEP, soffice will be OK. So please check if it's this problem. Thanks.
